OSHA Documentation & Recordkeeping
This platform capability allows companies to create, organize, maintain, and manage workplace safety documents used to meet OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
The documentation and recordkeeping section includes tools for maintaining workplace safety documentation, including OSHA logs, employee training records, workplace inspection records, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management and chemical inventories, daily logs, hazard observations, and corrective action documentation. These tools allow companies to maintain safety documentation and support recordkeeping activities.
Documentation and records created within the platform may be downloaded by users to their own devices and printed to satisfy recordkeeping requirements. User-created data and records remain under the control of the user and are not accessible by SCPS.
Documentation tools are designed to improve record organization, accessibility, consistency, and overall record management while reducing reliance on disconnected paper-based recordkeeping systems. The platform also supports documentation activities related to general contractor audits, contractor prequalification reviews, insurance reviews, and general workplace safety recordkeeping activities.
This platform capability is intended to support centralized workplace safety documentation and allow companies to maintain accessible and consistent safety records across workplace operations.
